Emergency Radio:
The City operates an emergency radio frequency at 153.875 and relays emergency messages to and from Area 5 EOC, Litchfield. The Center maintains, monitors, and holds monthly radio drills on 147.240 MHZ repeater and operates a mobile command communication vehicle, which can be utilized at all emergency incidents.

- Portable, battery-operated radio and extra batteries
- NOAA Weather radio
- First aid kit and manual
- Emergency food and at least three gallons of bottled water per person
- One change of clothing and footwear per person
- One blanket or sleeping bag per person
- Non-electric can opener
- Rubber boots and rubber gloves
- Essential medicines
- Cash and credit cards
- Sturdy shoes

When a Campion Ambulance crew responds to a medical emergency, they are trained to get as much information as possible about a patient's conditions, diagnoses, recent surgeries and medications. Unfortunately, this information is not always available, or the patient's condition requires immediate action, which does not leave much time to gather up this important information. The medical history of a patient is extremely important because it helps the EMT's and Paramedics treat the patient, and alerts them to watch for potential complications. Doctors and nurses rely on the information provided by the medics, to make decisions about how a patient is prioritized and treated. Patients with a complicated medical history can be a challenge to treat if important information is not readily available.

Simply download the form, print it, fill it out with your most up-to-date information, and attach it to your refrigerator or on the inside of the door of the cabinet where you keep your medications.
